The Process
Thank you for considering Avantgarde Design for your upcoming wedding day. We look forward to making your wedding day memorable! The following information will guide you through the process of planning the floral part of your wedding event.
Initial Consultation
Our commitment begins at your initial consultation. We take the time to understand Avantgarde Design can
assure a breathtaking event that will leave a lasting impression with beautiful florals!
After Consultation
We will have a preliminary estimate for you within seven days of our initial consultation. If everything looks acceptable, a 50% deposit will be requested to move forward and secure
our services. Changes can be made to your order up to 30 days prior to the wedding date. The final balance is due 30 days prior to your wedding day.
Wedding Day!
Approximately 1 month prior to the wedding date, if needed, we will schedule a final consultation. We will make any last-minute adjustments to your order, and arrange a delivery or pickup schedule. Final payment is due at this time. We accept cash, check, Paypal, etc.
Flower Photos
There are flower photos on this website to help you determine what wedding flowers you would like. You may not need everything mentioned, but it is a list to prompt your memory.
When Avantgarde Design creates your wedding florals, you will be happy to know we choose the silk florals that look closest to those in nature. For pricing, we will discuss this during your initial consultation.
Additional Items to Consider
One delivery to the ceremony. We would like to enter the facility as soon as possible the day before or on
the day of your ceremony.
One delivery to the reception. We will place the arrangements appropriately assuming the
linens are placed. We will need to enter the facility as soon as possible the day prior or on the day of the reception.
The care and handling of flowers can be a delicate matter. We have the means, capability,
and knowledge to transport flowers, and we want to insure the safe delivery of them.
There is a delivery fee per location per trip. However, this fee does not include the setup,
installation, and design on-site. This fee, if applicable, will be part of your contract,
discussed during your consultation.
